Sweet Fragrance will be hosting online fitness classes with the fitness instructor, Anzelle Geldenhuys.
These classes will take place on our social media on a Saturday at 9:00 am. Our goal is to start this initiative Saturday, 30 May 2020. Classes are R20 per session.

Empowered Through Fitness
Hosted by Sweet Fragrance in Partnership with Gloriously Fit and Fujiyama Shotokan Ryn.
Outline: Its an empowerment morning of fitness with a difference (as there will be expressions of body, mind and soul motivation through speaking) by the instructor while fitness is being given. Also, an outline of why Sweet Fragrance is passionate about holistic wellness.
Then there will be a self-defense class given for about 20 min, to empower women and give awareness. Added, to this will be a short talk on Gender Based Violence and Protection.
